4. Health and Fitness Disclaimer (NGNP)

Our fitness application, NGNP, provides AI-driven coaching and workout tracking.

• Not Medical Advice: The content provided is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical training. Always consult with a physician before starting any new exercise regimen. Deha Studios is not liable for any injuries or health issues arising from the use of our fitness services.

5. Interactive Services and Conduct (MMO & Games)

For our games and persistent worlds:

• Prohibited Behavior: You agree not to engage in cheating, hacking, harassment, or any activity that disrupts the experience for other users.
• Virtual Goods: Any virtual items or currency earned or purchased within our games remain the property of Deha Studios and hold no real-world monetary value.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software.
