1. Acceptance of terms

These terms are a binding agreement between you and Deha Studios. We may update them; when we do, the change is posted here with a new date. Continuing to use our services after that means you accept the revised version.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• Age — you must be at least 18 to use our services. Under 18, only with a parent or guardian involved and consenting.
• Account security — you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account.

3. Intellectual property

All content, features and functionality — software, code, graphics, the Deha Studios mark, text and interface design — belong to Deha Studios and are protected by copyright, trademark and related law. Reproducing, distributing or modifying them without permission is not allowed.

Press and media may use the assets on our press kit page under the conditions stated there.

4. Health disclaimer (NGNP and Stop & Heal)

NGNP provides AI-driven coaching and workout tracking. Stop & Heal supports people stepping away from a habit.

• Not medical advice — everything in these apps is for information and motivation. It is not professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
• Assumption of risk — you take on the risks of physical training voluntarily. Speak to a physician before starting a new exercise programme, and before making changes that could interact with a medical condition or medication.
• Crisis situations — Stop & Heal is not an emergency service. If you are in crisis, use the local helpline numbers the app lists, or your local emergency number.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

Our apps may offer auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is switched off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

6. Connected platforms (Bregvorn)

Bregvorn works by connecting to accounts you already have elsewhere.

• Your platform rules still apply — Twitch, Kick and YouTube each have their own terms, and using Bregvorn does not exempt you from them.
• Access you grant — you can revoke our access at any time from the platform’s own settings, and the connection stops immediately.
• Conduct — do not use Bregvorn to harass, spam or evade a ban on any connected platform.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software.
• Use bots or automated systems to access our services without permission.
• Interfere with the security or availability of our services for other people.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, Deha Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our services, even where we were told such damages were possible.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Deha Studios operates, together with the international standards that apply to the platforms our products are distributed on.
