1. Information we collect

We collect information in order to run our products and make them better. That falls into four groups:

• Account information — name, email address and credentials, when you create an account.
• Health and fitness data (NGNP) — body metrics, workout logs and the performance data our coaching model needs to adapt your programme.
• Recovery data (Stop & Heal) — streaks, check-ins and journal entries. This stays on your device and in your own iCloud; it is not uploaded to our servers.
• Connected platform data (Bregvorn) — the access tokens, chat messages and viewer counts your Twitch, Kick and YouTube accounts return while a session is open.
• Usage data — how you interact with our services, including device information and IP address.

2. How we use it

Your data lets us:

NGNP integrates with Apple HealthKit and Google Health Connect to read and write physical activity data. Health data obtained through HealthKit or Health Connect is never used for marketing or advertising, and is never sold to data brokers.

• Deliver and improve our products.
• Provide the personalised, AI-driven guidance NGNP and Stop & Heal are built around.
• Keep sessions, accounts and connected platforms secure.
• Send important updates, security alerts and support replies.

3. Sharing and disclosure

Deha Studios does not sell your personal data. We share information only in two situations:

• Service providers — trusted partners such as cloud hosting and payment processing, bound by confidentiality agreements.
• Legal requirements — when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the studio.

4. Security and retention

We use industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect your data. We keep information only as long as it is needed for the purposes described here, or as long as the law requires.

Sensitive recovery data in Stop & Heal is stored locally by design, so deleting the app removes it from your device.

5. Cookies

Our website uses a small number of cookies and local storage entries — mainly to remember your appearance and language preferences. There are no advertising trackers. The details are on the cookie page.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to:

• Access, correct or delete your personal data.
• Object to or restrict how we process it.
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what came before.

7. Third-party services

Our products link to and integrate with outside platforms — the App Store, Google Play, Twitch, Kick and YouTube among them. Those platforms have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.
