I bought it and the features are still locked.
Open the paywall and tap Restore purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, so signing in to the same Apple Account on a new device is enough.
I bought the lifetime option but a subscription is still charging me.
Apple does not stop a subscription when a one-time purchase is made. Open Settings › your name › Subscriptions and cancel it there. Adagio warns you before that purchase and reminds you afterwards, but the cancellation itself has to happen in Settings.
How do I cancel the subscription?
Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Adagio › Cancel. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
I want a refund.
Refunds are handled by Apple rather than by us, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
The watch app is not on my watch.
Open the Watch app on your iPhone, scroll to Available Apps and install Adagio from there.
How do I delete my data?
Delete the app. Everything goes with it, because nothing is stored anywhere else.
